Called Rooter-man at approximately 3:30 PM, they said they would have a guy at our house between 4:00 & 5:00PM. At about 4:30P a gentleman named Leo Van arrived in a Rooter-man service truck. He asked a few questions about the problem and immediately unloaded equipment. He unclogged the drain quickly, had us flush the toilet and turn on the tub faucet and stayed around to double check that the drain was indeed cleared and didn’t backflow. He charged the $49 they had quoted on the phone. Leo was very professional, friendly, efficient and clean. I was fully satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them. PS. He also said we had a 30 day warranty on the cleaning. Very comforting.
Absolutely 5 stars (no really 6 if possible) for Rodrigo who arrived on time, clean and appropriately decked out for our world's current situation. Was able to evaluate the issue immediately and offered several helpful suggestions in addition to fixing the problem promptly and professionally (drain blockage). Would certainly use again. No minimum service fee BS, just helpful service on-time at a fair price (when you provide that you don't need to charge an up-front service/evaluation fee). Thanks for the great work!
I'm a tough customer to please. This was the 2nd plumbing company I had to fix the temperature on my shower. These guys were all great. The first plumber from another company charged me over $500 and said it was fixed when it was not. The guys from Rooter Man were straight forward with me - told me the hard truth that a part had to come from Germany, and it was going to take 2 weeks. Most of all, they communicated regularly to let me know what was happening with the part, and it came early, and they installed it early. I have a lot of respect for every guy I worked with from this company. They went above and beyond to communicate, to offer a fair price, and they got the job done days before they thought they would. Thus, you have a choice - get a job done fast and cheaply, or actually get done what you need to do so that something works the way it should. There's no doubt they will be my ONLY plumbing company in the future.
Rooter Man did an amazing job! We thought we had a small clog and were thrilled with their $49 special. We ended up needing a new sewer line, costing a little more. ;) Even though it was a big expense, I looked online and they were on par with how much it should cost. Arman was wonderful and so considerate. Great service and nice guys!
Quickly came out, determined I had a clog that was major rather than minor. Returned the next day, took care of the clogged drain, and cleaned up all debris. Very satisfied with the work. Everything continues to work well. Thanks!
