Marco #14 did an excellent job. He was very helpful and professional fixing the problem. They fixed the sewer issue in two days.  The Sewer problem was bit expensive but needed to get done do to the circumstances of the damage of the pipe. But all in all the job was complete and our pipes are not backing up.  Thank you for fixing the issue.

Yes! he went out of his way, didn't take much to convince me that I needed a new toilet and he went and got one and came back, install it and even put a new toilet seat replacement on, just purchased yesterday and I had three different ones, he picked the one that would work the best and installed it for me. I needed a toilet seat that was wide and elongated, since I've just had surgery and I need an opened seat toilet. I'm Satisfied !!! Only thing? I would say is.... that??? he didn't tell me or offer information on the purchase brand of what type of toilet he had just installed, I didn't think to ask because I was too busy paying bills and completing all the tasks around the house but there was no paperwork but maybe it's in the email, I will check. But I would have liked to have him explain this certain type of newly installed toilet, or name brand? 3/6/2023

Very quick response, clean and polite.  Their regular router did not open the main drain from the house to the city sewer, nor did the hydro jet.  They used a camera to show how the clay pipe was partly broken and took a series of odd turns.  Another service came the next morning with a heftier router and cleared the drain.

They confirmed the appointment quickly, came out on time. The lady on the phone when I called was also really nice. However the technician really had a challenge clearing my drain and pretty quickly tried to upsell me a hydro jet. I had another plumber come out and look at it and by simply snaking the line a little more aggressively they unclog the leak. I was not charged by rooter man so I was very happy with that.

Fast friendly service at  great price.  Gave estimate by phone. If it was "straight forward" and as we described, we knew what the price would be. If not what we described we were fairy warned.  Most plumbers I have dealt with never give a price for a simple task.
